Cancellations and returns
You have the right to alter or cancel your order at any time from placing it until 7 days after it is delivered. Contact us by post, fax, phone or email. If you decide to return your order within this cooling-off period after it has arrived, we recommend that you ensure it is securely wrapped as we are happy to accept it back as long as it is received in resaleable condition. We also recommend that you use a signed-for delivery method for your own protection.
Damaged or failed deliveries
Please let us know as soon as possible if your order fails to reach you. If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as it arrives with the details.

We are pleased to quote terms and arrangements for bulk orders or special print runs: please contact usif your order is over £250.

VAT
The majority of our products are books and therefore zero-rated for VAT. VAT is chargeable on CDs, DVDs and videos. Our Vat number is Registration No. 833 0243 65.
