How to order

Ordering Online
You can order online with any major credit card. Click on the 'Add To Basket' button next to the item you wish to purchase. Click on 'View Basket' at any time to check your order or update it. When you are ready to make your purchase, click on the 'checkout' button and follow the instructions. If you are purchasing from us for the first time you will need to fill in your delivery etc details. Don't forget, if you have any queries do not hesitate to contact us.

Ordering by telephone

Please telephone us on 01787 249 287 to place your order by telephone. You can do this with any major credit card. Our delivery department's office hours are 9.00am-5.30pm Monday – Friday.

Ordering By post
To post an order to us, print off the order form  (or you can request a copy by telephone: 01787 249 287) and fill it in with the publications you wish to order. Cheques should be made payable to the Family and Parenting Institute. Once you have filled it out and checked it carefully, you can post it or fax it with credit card details to 01787 248 267. The postal address is:

Delivery times
We try to ensure that all orders will arrive within 14 days of placement. If an item should be out of stock or being reprinted we will inform you as soon as possible.

Checking progress
Please contact us- it will speed things up to have your order reference to hand.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations and returns
You have the right to alter or cancel your order at any time from placing it until 7 days after it is delivered. Contact us by post, fax, phone or email. If you decide to return your order within this cooling-off period after it has arrived, we recommend that you ensure it is securely wrapped as we are happy to accept it back as long as it is received in resaleable condition. We also recommend that you use a signed-for delivery method for your own protection.

Damaged or failed deliveries
Please let us know as soon as possible if your order fails to reach you. If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as it arrives with the details.

Postage and Packing, and overseas orders
Our current postage and packing rates for UK and overseas orders are set out on our order form .

Special orders
We are pleased to quote terms and arrangements for bulk orders or special print runs: please contact usif your order is over £250.

Trade terms
We are pleased to offer terms to the book trade. Please contact us for full details.

VAT
The majority of our products are books and therefore zero-rated for VAT. VAT is chargeable on CDs, DVDs and videos. Our Vat number is Registration No. 833 0243 65.
