What Happened At Parents Week 2011

Parents' Week 2011, which took place from October 17 to 24, has certainly been a success - so thanks so much to everyone who made it happen.

Hundreds of events took place across the country, in Sure Start centres and nurseries, schools, libraries and community centres.

The Week culminated in a free half-term Samba class for parents and children at Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd's Bush, which featured Strictly Come Dancing stars Ian Waite and Camilla Dallerup. See below what Ian thinks about creating a family friendly UK.
