Dr Janet Boddy's workshop at the FPI 09 Conference drew on findings from her two recent cross-European studies of parenting and family support, funded by the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF).The workshop addressed three key issues: accessibility to services; differences and commonalities in approaches to parenting and family support; and the parenting and family support workforce in different countries, including the role of social pedagogy in the work.
