This report presents the experiences, challenges and lessons learned from the delivery strand of the Early Learning Partnerships Project (ELPP), funded by the Department for Children, Schools and Families and managed by the Family and Parenting Institute between October 2006 and March 2008.

The project operated as a consortium of voluntary sector agencies and aimed to develop good practice in working with parents of one to three year old children at risk of learning delay, to encourage them to engage with and support their children's learning.

Drawing on the final reports and case studies from the individual projects, a vivid picture emerges of the very positive and enjoyable experience of voluntary sector partners, families and children involved in the project.
