FPI exists as a bridge between real families and Westminster. Year on year, we have successfully encouraged politicians to adopt more family friendly policies. Our reputation as a centre of expertise on family and parenting issues means the decision makers listen to what we have to say.

When it’s right to do so, we also work with national and local government to undertake major research that will influence future family policy for the better. Current government-supported work includes our Family Friendly project.
